The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is to define the terms and conditions of sale, access and use of the services and products offered by OptiBot Trading, in particular the software, trading robots, licences and associated services. They constitute the contract between the Company and any Client making a purchase via the website.
Any order implies the client’s full acceptance of these conditions.
Prices and payment terms
The prices displayed on the site are expressed in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes, unless otherwise indicated.
Payment is due immediately when the order is placed and can be made by credit card, bank transfer or any other means offered on the platform.
The Company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, while guaranteeing the customer the application of the price in force at the time the order is placed.
Delivery and access to services
- For digital products (software, trading robots, licence keys): delivery is made electronically, via download or communication of identifiers/licences, after validation of payment.
- For any physical products: they are sent to the address indicated by the customer. Delivery costs and times are specified when the order is placed.
Intellectual property
All content available on the site (text, images, software, trading robots, trademarks, logos) is the exclusive property of the Company or its partners and is protected by intellectual property law.
Any reproduction, distribution, modification or use, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
Duration and termination
Digital products are acquired on a permanent basis, unless otherwise indicated (time-limited licence).
Force majeure
The Company may not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its contractual obligations resulting from a case of force majeure as defined by French case law (natural disasters, power cuts, major computer breakdowns, war, etc.).
Applicable law and disputes
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to contact the Company in order to seek an amicable solution.
Failing this, the dispute will be referred to the competent courts in the jurisdiction of the Company’s registered office, unless otherwise provided by law.
