Returns and refunds policy

Thank you for shopping with OptiBot Trading.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to consult our refund policy.

The following conditions apply to all products purchased from us.

Interpretation and definitions

Interpretation

Words whose initial letter is a capital letter have meanings defined according to the following conditions. These definitions have the same meaning whether they appear in the singular or plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this returns and refunds policy :

  • The Company (referred to as “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) means 979296845.
  • Merchandise refers to items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders are a request from you to purchase goods from us.
  • The service refers to the website.
  • The website refers to OptiBot Trading, which can be accessed at https://www.optibot-trading.com/.
  • You means the person who accesses or uses the Service, or the company or other legal entity on whose behalf that person accesses or uses the Service, as the case may be.

Digital products and no right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, digital products supplied in the form of immediate downloads or accessible online (such as software, trading robots or licence keys) are neither taken back nor exchanged once the customer has accessed, downloaded or activated them.
By validating their purchase, customers expressly acknowledge that they lose their right of withdrawal as soon as the digital contract begins to be executed.

No refund if used

Any digital product or service that has already been activated, downloaded, used or to which access has been provided may not give rise to any refund, exchange or credit note, except in the event of a proven malfunction attributable to the Company.

Customised products and specific licences

Personalised products or services, as well as trading robot licences custom-configured for a customer, are not eligible for reimbursement or the right of withdrawal, except in the event of a proven lack of conformity or a delivery error directly attributable to the Company.

Your right to cancel an order

You have the right to cancel your order as long as it has not been sent to the Company, without giving any reason.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the Order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision in a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision:

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your email. We will use the same payment method as the one used for the Order, and this refund will not incur any costs for you.
